Steve joined Aida in April 2010 and is a highly trained CPA qualified accountant. Steve has previously worked for the global accounting firm KPMG, including a 2 year secondment in the UK.

Steve has worked as CFO for rapidly growing companies, including eChoice and ASportscover.

In 2023 Steve was appointed CEO. He is an experienced senior executive who has an excellent understanding of the commercial aspects of sales organisations.

Grant has 25 years of demonstrated success in building and leading multichannel sales divisions for blue chip and high growth market keaders in industries such as Financial Services, Telecommunications, Energy, Media and Outsourced Direct Sales.

Grant has the uniqwue experience set of working on both client and vendor sides of the channel model, and is passionate about partnerships, delivering for our client and constant innovation.

Kerry has more than 26 years’ experience in direct sales operations and client management across multiple countries, channels and industries.

Over the years Kerry has worked with numerous non-profit and corporate clients including fred Hollows Foundation, Blind Low Vision NZ, Cancer Society, Red Cross, Starship Foundation and Energy Australia, in both operations and accont management capacity.

Danny Tipton has over 6 years experience in direct sales operations and client management across multiple industries.

Danny works closely with the fundraising teams to ensure good quality and best practice.
